Enable POP forwarding in Gmail
- Sign in to your Gmail
- Select settings after clicking on the select icon
- Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP
- Here you can select any 1 option from both
- Enable POP for all mail
- Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on
- Save changes

POP Account Setup:
- Sign in to your Zoho CRM.
- Go to settings > setup > Channels > Email > POP(Zoho Mail)
- On Add-on Page, select Configure Now.

- Click the Test Account button and then click on Create Account.
After the create account step your account will be configured and you’ll be able to set this account as your default email account. Close the window by clicking on the Save button.

- Click Settings > Setup > Channels > Email > POP (Zoho Mail)
- In Mail Add-on Page,
- Add the email account that should be pulled.
- Add an Email account to send emails.
- Set Email Sharing Permissions.
- Click on Save
